Welcome to The Muscle Builder! A blog dedicated to helping anybody, anywhere live a healthy lifestyle and strive to be the best version of yourself!
I’m Ty. I’ve been in the gym since I was fourteen and am proud to say I am now a Certified Personal Trainer. I started this blog as an outlet to post-training content and contribute my knowledge and experience to everybody looking for guidance or simply answers to their questions.
I always enjoyed going to the gym and looked forward to it when I was younger, but I never gained any real passion because I was focused on other things. I started to take it more seriously at the start of 2020, but the pandemic shut down gyms so I never got a real chance until June 2022 when gyms were open and I got my car.
After dedicating myself to my physical health for over a year the results I’m already seeing are incredible, not only have I put on 30lbs of muscle and look 10 times better than I ever have in my life but my mental is in peak shape too. Once I gained that passion for the weights I spent and continue to spend hours every week in the gym experimenting with new ways to train optimally and when I’m not in the gym I’m spending my time training my clients and helping them on their journeys. From all this experience I’m able to share what has worked for me and the people I train with anyone that’s interested.
I truly believe that you can achieve anything, you just have to be willing to dedicate yourself and make the sacrifices needed to get there. Leveling up in your life isn’t all about “glowing up” or being in top shape and only doing this won’t lead you to success it’s only one aspect of our lives, but focusing on your health is a great place to begin your journey on becoming the person you want to be instead backing down and having regret down the line because you wish you did things differently.
